| The illustrated dimensions do not account for knots, or loops attaching to the spars. (shown: knot-edge to knot-edge) However, below is a detailed bridle line cutting guide. Following this when cutting the bridle will ensure correct lengths and includes allowances for all knots & loops. Just cut, mark and assemble! Always flange the line-end with a flame first. |

O-ring stoppers marked as * should be glued in place prior to spar installation.
Wing tip piece is 4.5mm Avia, although any 4.5mm tube will work fine.
5g wing tip weight should be compressed to size using pliers,
take the necessary precautions when handling lead.
Ferrules should be glued in with slow setting CA type glue.
* Upper and Lower O-rings should be glued in place prior to spar installation.
Spine Lower tip piece weighting is 10g lead and silicone sealed.
Ferrule should be glued in with slow setting CA type glue.
Dimensions shown are applicable to both ferruled and non-ferruled spar.
5g ferrule weights should be compressed to size using pliers,
take the necessary precautions when handling lead.
Filing a bevel on the ends of the Upper Spreader will aid insertion into the sockets.
If you use 2mm carbon for Roll Bars, be sure to purchase high quality rod (Exel) that's flexible and won't splinter when bowed.
However, other materials such as fibreglass rod can be used.
